Dr.Eng (Honoris Causa)
Nicholas brings extensive experience in strategic thinking, masterplanning and the development of solutions across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
He joined the Republic of Singapore Navy in 1981 and held senior engineering and logistics appointments, including Head Naval Engineering and Commanding Officer of Tuas Maintenance Base. Following his retirement from the Navy in 2002, he served as Vice President, Defence Business, at ST Engineering Corporate Headquarters.
In 2003, he founded Victory Knights Management and Consultancy Services Pte Ltd, focusing on education, marine and dual-use technologies. He later co-founded Seven Seas Victory Knights in the Sultanate of Oman, building long-term regional relationships and programmes.
His understanding of local culture, regulatory frameworks and strategic opportunities supports the development of projects in water, medical services, fisheries and agriculture.
