Chief Executive Officer

Jimmy Neo

Jimmy oversees the businesses of the group and brings decades of experience across industrial supplies and the automotive sector. He served as an Army Officer with the Singapore Armed Forces between 1984 and 1993 and joined Soon Aik Auto Parts Trading Co. in 1994.

He established key work processes and expanded sales channels across export, wholesale, retail and service. He subsequently led the industrial business segment, with a focus on energy, power generation, marine, oil and gas, mining, construction and transportation. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Koh Soo Ping

Soo Ping leads new business and corporate development. His experience spans OEM and OES aftermarket services for industrial and heavy equipment markets, including industrial thermal solutions, Cummins and Volvo Construction Equipment.

A former Army Officer of the Singapore Armed Forces, he holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Singapore Institute of Management, and an MBA from the University of Adelaide.

Deputy CEO (Investment)

Edward Neo

Edward draws on extensive experience in automotive parts and industrial supplies. He began his career with Soon Aik Auto Parts Trading Co. in 1986 and rejoined the group in 1995 as managing partner of Autozone Automotive Enterprise.

He has since overseen the automotive business segment and became managing director of Autozone Singapore in 2009. He was appointed as a director of Spare-Parts Zone in 2010.

Director of Business Development

Roger Chua

Roger leads corporate and new business initiatives while driving the transformation of the engineering business. He brings more than 14 years of experience in heavy machinery, parts and services, with a focus on business growth, market expansion and strategic partnerships.

Before joining SA Group, Roger spent seven years at Cummins/Atmus, managing key OEM and OES channels, product development and market localisation in Indonesia. His earlier experience includes marine and oil and gas project sales at Macgregor and Dana. He holds an MBA from Murdoch University, a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University, and diplomas in law and marine and offshore technology.

Director of Finance

Ivy Lee

Ivy supports the group’s finance and accounting functions, including financial and management accounting, audit, corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and tax. She joined the group in 2004 as finance manager.

Her earlier experience includes audit, banking and group finance roles. Ivy is an associate member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom. She holds an LCCI Higher Diploma.
