1983
Laying the Foundation
The second generation joined the business and formed Soon Aik, expanding into retail, automotive service workshops and wholesale-export channels.
1995
Growth & Diversification
Autozone was established, extending the group’s import, export and wholesale sales channels.
2002–2003
Accelerated Growth
Autosaver was established in 2002 to extend the group’s presence in car servicing and repair. Soon Aik Global was incorporated in 2003, as the group broadened its automotive and industrial businesses.
2010
Regional Expansion
Spare-Parts Zone, Traczone and Euphoria were formed as the group continued to build its regional business network.
2014–2015
New Capabilities
A renewed focus on international growth was followed by the acquisition of Power Trans Engineering in 2015, adding transmission maintenance, repair and overhaul capabilities.
2020 onwards
Transformation & New Possibilities
Digitalisation, internationalisation and new partnerships support the group’s continuing development in environmental sustainability and nutritional wellness.
2021
A New Wellness Chapter
INNEOVA Life was founded to offer nutritional wellness products crafted from deep ocean ingredients.
2024
Transformation & Global Breakthrough
Power Trans Engineering rebranded as INNEOVA Engineering in August 2024. In October, SAG Holdings — comprising Filtec and Spare Parts Zone — listed on NASDAQ under the ticker SAG.
2025
Technology-Led Expansion
INNEOVA launched its automated fulfilment centre at Defu Industrial City in January, using autonomous mobile robots and advanced warehouse systems. On 28 April 2025, SAG Holdings was renamed INNEOVA Holdings, with the ticker INEO. Filtec and Spare Parts Zone were rebranded as INNEOVA Industrial and INNEOVA Automotive, and INNEOVA Engineering was acquired into the listed group.
