The Second Generation
A family enterprise shaped by decades of experience, trusted relationships and a commitment to long-term progress.
Executive Chairman
Neo Chee Eng oversees the group’s strategic direction, business development and expansion plans. He has been with the group since 1983, when Soon Aik Auto Parts Trading Co. was established. He became managing director when the business was converted into a private limited company in 1995, and was appointed to the Board in 2015.
Chief Executive Officer
Jimmy Neo oversees the group’s businesses, drawing on extensive experience in automotive parts and industrial supplies. He joined the group in 1994 after serving as an officer in the Singapore Armed Forces, and has led the development of work processes, sales channels and the industrial business segment. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
Deputy CEO (Investment)
Edward Neo has extensive experience in automotive parts and industrial supplies. He began his career with the group in 1986 and returned in 1995 as managing partner of Autozone Automotive Enterprise. He has since led automotive business operations and was appointed to the Board in 2015.
Country Director, Singapore
Neo Ching Kiat is responsible for the group’s overall businesses in Singapore. He joined the group as a director of Soon Aik Auto Parts Trading Co. Pte Ltd in 1995, and became a director of Autozone Singapore in 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
